1936 FORD STEEL 3 WINDOW COUPE WITH A RAM JET, FUEL INJECTED, MONSTER 502!

Who doesn't like a little car with a massive motor? Especially one as aggressive and mean looking as the 1936 Ford three window coupe. Not only are they highly collectible and sought after but you throw in a Fuel Injected 502 and you have, by far one of the most terrifying automobiles on the planet. Here is definitely one of the nicest street rod's to ever hit eBay. This car was built just under four years ago and not a single dime was spared. Every single inch of it was gone through and redone back to new condition. The entire car has only 734 miles on it since it was completed. It was not built with the intention of ever being sold but as something to enjoy and appreciate for years to come. Fortunately though, the owner of this awesome piece of machinery has decided to let it go. It has had over 75k invested in to it and is worth every penny of that, BUT for this time and this time only we are letting it for at nearly half that. The reason for this is because this Friday (May 4th, 2007) it will be going through another auction block here in the Kansas City area unless someone decides to purchase it before Friday. So that is the reason behind the three day listing as well as the awesome price. So do not hesitate to call as I will add a Buy It Now price to the auction or I will end the auction early should it sell "locally".

Body: The body on this car was extremely solid when this project began. The entire car is steel with the exception of the running boards and fenders. As you can see it was done in a custom base coat clear coat Purple and shines up very nicely. All of the chrome was replaced and is in excellent condition as are the windows mirrors all the way around the car. The wheels are a set of custom Weld wheels wrapped in some Mickey Thompson Sportsman tires.

Interior: The interior as you can see is in excellent shape and really sticks out nicely. It was all redone in real leather and has no rips or tears. The center console was done in fiberglass and painted to match the dash and exterior of the car. The power windows roll up and down flawlessly and are silent. The controls are located on the center console. The steering column is an expensive tilt setup and works flawlessly. There is no looseness to it and the car drives out as straight as an arrow. The custom stereo system that was put in this car is top notch. With subwoofers, tweeters, power antenna, and power boosters, so people can hear you coming from the other side of the Earth. The vintage heat and AC setup work flawlessly and blow out hot and ice cold air. Both of the doors also work out flawlessly and shut with ease. Both of the seats are adjustable and done to more modern spec's. Just in the interior, we spent 15k. It is definitely top of the line as you can see in the photos.

Engine: The engine is definitely the most fascinating part of this vehicle. It has a massive 502 Ram Jet Fuel Injected Crate Motor that is pushing out 500+ HP. As you can see and hear in the video located below, it is not something for the weak hearted. It literally shakes the ground around you just as it is idling. The motor has zero problems and runs out flawlessly. No leaking, no strange noises, no smoking, no excessive burning of fluids, just pure dependable power. On the highway, it just soars with zero problems. Backing this massive motor is a fresh 400 automatic transmission. The rear end is a redone 9" Ford Posi rear end which runs out perfectly. The car also has four wheel Wil Wood custom disc brakes which also work out perfectly (no pulling or strange noises). The front end was redone with a Heidts Super Ride II setup and works out perfectly with no problems. The suspension is a Four Link setup with Coil Over Springs. The engine compartment was also dressed up with a custom Street Performance package so everything has been chromed out for the most part. Keeping the engine cool and running is a custom Griffin aluminum radiator which does not leak and keeps things moving right along.

I can say from first hand experience that this car is a whole lot of car for very little money. You could not come close to building this car for what we are asking. Just the interior and motor alone would cost you what we are asking. I can say with complete certainty that whoever jumps on this awesome automobile will not be disappointed. We do have a clear title and it is registered as a 36 Ford. I strongly encourage anyone who is interested to come check this awesome beast out in person. As always, feel free to call or email with any questions or concerns you might have.

Thanks,
